2E Monsters: Horror Child
Yet another disturbing addition to the infamous Night Parade, the Horror children appear to be young children. Their eyes are entirely black like a shark. They lack any semblance of childish joy that one might normally expect. They are in reality cunning creatures and will lure their victims in with their charms before revealing their true nature. Combat: A Horror child does not normally engage in direct melee. They prefer to lure their victims in using their inate ability to charm. They may do this three times a day. Once tey have lured their victim into an alley or out of way place, the Horror child will spew forth a projectile of acid from their mouths. Charmed victims save vs. breath with a -4 penalty. The acid continues to do 1d3 damage for 1d4 rounds unless washed off with water. Habitat/Society: Very little is known of the mysterious band known as the Night Parade or its members. The organization seems to breed an army of disgusting minions to do its bidding.
