Lethal Follow-Through [Fighting Style] by Ed Hastings
You are skilled at finishing opponents swiftly.
Prerequisites: Combat Reflexes, Death Blow, Base Attack +7
Benefit: If you drop an opponent below zero hit points in melee but not below -10, you may make an attack of opportunity against the fallen foe. This attack follows all the normal rules for attacks of opportunity and does count against your attacks of opportunity limit for the round. Under no circumstances may you take 2 or more attacks of opportunity against the same opponent in the same round. Therefore, if you have already made an attack of opportunity against such an opponent or exhausted your limit on attacks of opportunity per round you may not use this ability against that opponent in that round.
