It is one of three items carried by the Highpriest of the Sleeping Fire Mountains in the author's "Barrier Kingdom 2" setting post; see also the Shield of the Giant and Plate Mail of Fiery Earth +3. Shown as written, with light spelling and formatting fixes only.

The Titan Hammer normally uses a d4 when the wielder scores a hit, but the Highpriest can always make it 2d12 if he desires.
