Buckler of Bilarro
This finely crafted buckler of admantium was worn and named after the warrior Bilarro. The buckler is made of blackened admantium with bronze trim. A dragon is etched into the face of the buckler and is highlighted with copper. The original creation of this buckler is attributed to Bilarro the same mage who created the infamous iron bands.

The Buckler of Bilarro is a buckler +1/ +2 vs. missle weapons. A command word is etched onto the inside face of the shield. When the command word is spoken, a series of criss-crossing bands extend from the edge of the buckler and and encase the wielder in a 10' diameter dome. The dome is completely impenetrable. It has an AC 0 and must sustain 50 hp of damage before it is dispelled. If the shield is dispelled in this way, it cannot be used again for a day. If the command word is used to lower the shield, it may be used as many times as necessary. The shield takes a full round to deploy and no other action may be taken. The shield weighs about 100 lbs when deployed and may be moved by someone with adequate strength.
